It boasts an array of ballrooms and meeting spaces, tailored to accommodate the thrilling array of events we have planned.

Around The Venue
Just a heads-up for attendees, the venue is located near several automobile warehouses, so you might notice a number of car carrier and ordinary trucks in the area. Please be mindful when crossing the road. If you're looking to grab a bite or need to pick up some essentials, here are a few nearby places you can visit (click on the place name to open Google Map):
- Market City Sunter The closest supermarket is just a walk away for when you need quick shopping for essential supplies and quick meals. Just be cautious when crossing the street.
- Mall Artha Gading The nearest mall to the venue. A 10-minute walk from the hotel, perfect for shopping and entertainment such as arcades. Some of you arcade furs must’ve already known what's here!
- Mall of Indonesia (MoI) Another nearby mall, just a bit farther away. It has arcades too, and a pretty large collectible store.
- Mall Kelapa Gading This one is a bit further away, Mal Kelapa Gading is a gigantic mall, and you can probably find anything you need here
- Ancol Park A 20-minute drive, great for a fun day out after the con. If you wish to explore and have more fun with your friends, this is the place to be.

If you don't feel like leaving the hotel area, no worries! A range of food options are available for delivery through ridesharing apps such as Grab and Gojek. Delivery drivers will drop off your order at the main hotel lobby but do remember that food purchased outside the hotel can only be enjoyed in your room. Enjoy the convenience and variety without stepping out!
Need some cash? The closest ATM is located at a Permata Bank branch across the venue. ATMs will also be available in Mall Artha Gading, Mall of Indonesia, and the general Kelapa Gading area. For our international furs, please ensure you have validated with your bank what fees you would be charged for ATM usage. Visa, MasterCard, JCB issued cards are accepted at virtually all ATMs, while Amex and UnionPay acceptance is less common.
Getting There
For those of you who plan to go alone by car or motorbike, getting to Ibis Styles Sunter is really easy. Just type the name of the hotel into your favorite map application. Ibis Styles Sunter provides parking in the basement and several more near the lobby. If you stay there, you can also get reduced parking fees. Unfortunately, car parking there is limited. So, if you bring a car, maybe you can also bring your friends, so it's more exciting.
Please remember, that IWAG does not collaborate with other parking lots around the hotel. So, if you park somewhere else, please be careful so that you don't lose anything in your car (God forbid you don't lose your car).
Now, what's really important is your number plate. If you plan to come on Friday and/or return on Monday, don't forget to enter your number plate information (odd or even) into the map application you are using. That way, the application can tell you the right route according to the odd-even number plate rules at that location. So, you can avoid getting a ticket.
In any case, your trip should be full of enthusiasm and, most importantly, safe.
