We will open reservations for our host hotel, ibis Styles Serpong BSD City, on 17 January 2026.
This year, we have reserved all the hotel rooms at the ibis Styles Serpong BSD City that are available through the convention weekend, and hence we are assured of the exact number of available rooms.
When you book through IWAG, you’ll ensure that you’ll get the best rates, and you’ll help let the hotel know that the furries are coming - and we are coming in volumes that mean business!
All rooms booked through IWAG include breakfast for 2 and thematic room keycards you can take home for free.
Get your rooms starting 17 January 2026 20:00 UTC+7 (13:00 UTC).
Architect and Overseer passholders will get early access to the hotel reservation form through an email. The emails will be sent out once the Architect Tier raffle is completed and all related upgrades have been concluded.
Pricing
Starting at just 850k IDR per night, host hotel this year has four different rooms to choose from:
- Superior Room with 1 double bed: IDR 850.000/night
- Superior Room with 2 single beds: IDR 850.000/night
- Premium Room with 1 queen bed and sofa: IDR 1.250.000/night
- Suite with 1 queen bed and sofa: IDR 1.500.000/night
All prices are per night, inclusive of breakfast, taxes and service fees.

Reservation Dates
- Hotel reservations start 17 January 2026 and end 25 March 2026. We may be able to extend reservation closure to a later date, and prices may increase slightly.
- You have 14 days to complete payment of your hotel room after receiving an email invoice from IWAG.
Check-In and Check-Out Dates
When you book through IWAG, you can book to check in between 1 July to 4 July, and check out between 5 July to 8 July. If you need to stay for longer periods, you should let us know on the form.
Booking Procedure
- Fill in the Hotel Reservation form, which will be made available soon.
- IWAG Hospitality team will validate availability of rooms with the hotel.
- Should your room be available, congratulations! You will receive an email from the IWAG team ([email protected] or emails ending with @furries.id) with official payment instructions. Please ensure you follow the payment instructions enclosed within that email within 14 calendar days of its delivery. Failure to do so may lead to your room quota being forfeited for other attendees.
- Upon payment, IWAG will write back a payment confirmation email to you. This email is official payment confirmation of your booking being listed to the hotel. Bookings will then be sent in batches to the hotel.
- If your selected room option is not available, the team will write back to you with alternative room arrangements, as well as any cost difference(s) if applies. You may accept or request alternative arrangements through email exchange.
- When the IWAG team receives back your official ibis Styles BSD booking number and summary, we will write back to your email with a copy of your booking number and associated documents. You should keep this booking information for check in.
- On check-in day, please present a Photo ID showing the same full legal name as you have written in this form. Hotel policy requires you to be at least 17 years old by the day you check in. Check in must be done by the person whose name is listed on this form.
- Note that if you need to delegate check-in to someone else, please note the name on your reservation. Anyone delegated should have an event pass.
Available Payment Methods
As part of our agreement with the venue, Hotel Reservations will be done as a group booking by the IWAG hospitality team, and hence you will pay for your hotel to IWAG first. IWAG will then originate the booking with the hotel, then settle the payment for your room. As this is a manual arrangement, we do offer multiple different ways of payment, so you can choose the one most convenient for you.
- Local bank transfer (IDR)
- Bank Transfer to a Wise account (USD, GBP, EUR, AUD, SGD, JPY available, exchange rates apply)
- Virtual Account, QRIS, QRIS Crossborder (SG/MY/TH) via Community payment aggregator (fees apply)
- Credit Card via Community payment aggregator (fees apply)

Quiet and Party Floors
This year, we are piloting the separation of quieter floors versus party/noisy floors. This would allow attendees who prefer quieter nights to be grouped away from the noisier, active rooms well after hours, and ensure the party rooms are placed within floors assigned with majority IWAG-booked rooms.
You’re welcome to choose your preference in this year’s hotel reservation form. We will try our best to group rooms based on preference depending on response.
Smoking Floor
A smoking floor is available at the Ibis Styles BSD City. By default, we will prioritize the use of non-smoking rooms. Should you prefer a smoking room, please indicate so on the hotel reservation form.
Smoking in no-smoking floors will attract a fine from the hotel, billable to the attendee staying.
