IWAG 2025 Hotel Reservation Update

Dearest IWAG attendees,

Due to an unexpected administrative error between us and the venue, as well as technical issues affecting the availability of rooms, the hotel has unfortunately become overbooked.

We sincerely apologize for the situation. We’ve done everything we can to secure additional rooms, including having our own staff share rooms to free up space. But despite our best efforts, we are still a few rooms short.

After careful consideration, we are offering two options for those affected:

• A full refund of your hotel reservation; or
• A relocation to a nearby hotel, at no additional cost, with complimentary shuttle service provided twice daily.

To ensure fairness, we will be determining the affected reservations based on the most recent booking dates. If your reservation is impacted, you will have received a separate email and WhatsApp or Telegram message from us with further details.

We are truly sorry for this inconvenience and for any frustration it may cause. Please know that we take this matter very seriously, and we are committed to improving our process to prevent something like this from happening again in the future.
