Five Tiers of Fun!

Over the past few weeks, we’ve been preparing the Event Passes that will give you, Settlers, Scouts, Pathfindeers, Pioneers and Guardians alike, the chance to join us for an exciting weekend.

This year, IWAG offers 5 Event Pass tiers, giving you more choices to support the event. Contribution Fees start at IDR 330,000 for the Settler tier, which grants you access to the event along with awesome basic merchandise to take home. For those who want to go all-out, there’s the top-tier Guardian at IDR 3,000,000, packed with premium benefits, some of which are being introduced for the first time at IWAG 2025.

There’s also something new and exciting for those interested in our base sponsorship tier, the Pathfindeer. At IDR 990,000, you’ll enjoy benefits like early registration and early access to the Dealers Den. But the best part? This year, we’re introducing “Ladder Gifts”! These special merch items will unlock as more Pathfindeer passes are sold. Starting at 60 passes sold, we’ll unlock a new gift for all Pathfindeer and upper sponsor tiers. If we hit 90 or even 120 passes, the merch will be upgraded to something even cooler!

Event Pass sales will open on January 4, 2025 on our trusty platform, Community. This year, we’re also accepting international credit card payments from day one. Of course, other payment methods like bank transfers, virtual accounts, QRIS, and ASEAN Cross-Border QR (from Singapore, Malaysia, and Thailand) will still be available. Stay tuned for announcements regarding to Registration closer to the date.
